PayPal are introducing a Business Support Team with immediate effect to enhance their customer support facilities. Selected UK PayPal accounts will be notified with a new telephone number to call and a new email address to contact the Business Support Team direct. Customers calling the Business Support team will be required to verify their account details prior to being connected.
This is a great step forward, eBay have introduced telephone support and account managers to all Gold, Platinum and Titanium PowerSellers and now PayPal are upping the ante for businesses. It’s good to see the expertise being provided to businesses, it’s a nightmare for anyone to have their account limited in anyway but at least now people relying on eBay and PayPal for a significant income will have easier routes to remedying the situation.
