Do you remember the good old days, before BINs and Shops, before those pesky professionals moved in, when eBay was all about buying someone else’s tat at a bargain price? If you fancy a dose of nostalgia, eBay affiliate site Like It’s 1999.com shows you things the way they used to be: just the auctions, none of the frills.
It’s a great filter for those looking for a bargain, but to be honest, I think it shows more than ever how eBay has moved beyond the auction format. The site seems strangely empty, and the thought of having to wait nine and a half days to find out if I had won an item or not, just ridiculous. Nice try, guys, but I think I’ll stick with my BINs and SIFs: bidding is *so* last century 😉

I’m still trying to remember the last time I *bid* on an auction! I really must try it again one day instead of BIN 😀
