Checkout problems are getting worse

No primary category set

Many UK sellers tonight are finding yet another problem with eBay’s checkout, as all postal options appear to have the same price on their listings. This seems to be taking the first price listed – which most sellers have as the cheapest option – and applying it to every postage option. Buyers have been able to select Special Delivery options, but only pay for first class or recorded.

With the previous problems with combined postage still not fixed, and Pinks confessing that the fault has been “more challenging to fix than first envisaged”, it seems that this one will be costing sellers both time and money for a while yet.
