I’ll second that – there are a huge percentage who dont know how to use them even when every listing blatantly says available in the shop, visit shop etc.
It’s a small victory but at least it’s something, though unless eBay markets directly to the Shops hub it isn’t going to do much good.
The answer is so simple. Start marketing shops!
