I’m annoyed, not just a little but a lot! PayPal have out of their kindness given me a Business Support number to call. I’ve just discovered that Business Support closes at 5.30pm and I get a recorded message informing me that their office is now closed so please call back between 9am – 10pm (It’s only 6pm!).
Of course anyone that PayPal haven’t upgraded to Business support can call them up until 10pm so their offices are open, they just don’t want to take my call 🙁
I have three questions:
- Why do non business customers get longer hours of support than business customers who in general (I would guess) do more business with PayPal?
- Why have a recorded message stating you’re open until 10pm when you’re shut at 6pm?
- How do I go back to being a non-business customer so that I can access support when I need it?
