Information for Clocktronix customers

No primary category set

Price Waterhouse Cooper have asked us to pass on the following message to any Clocktronix customers who have open PayPal SNAD claims, or who are still waiting for delivery of their goods:

We understand that there are a relatively small number of faulty/not as described disputes opened on Paypal for items bought after 31st Jan 08. Customers should not return such goods to Clockworx premises as they are now closed and we will not be able to recover items sent to those premises after 28 February 2008. Instead, please send them to:

Archway / Less Than Trade
Unit 23
502 Hornsey Road
London N19 4EF

We can also confirm that the remaining 3 pallets of items sold post-administration (31st Jan 08 and onwards) will be dispatched by close of business on Friday 22 Feb 08. There will be no further dispatches after that date. We believe that all sales orders will then have been dispatched, subject to delays at the couriers’ own offices.

  1. If EVERYTHING is going out that means that my laptop should be there amongst but I am not counting my blessings.

Hope that everyone gets their stuff!

  2. I finally received my tv but on testing it the picture disappears within 5 minutes. I have sent an e mail requesting a refund. Hopefully the administrators will be responding to dissatisfied customers too. ❓
I hope other customers are more satisfied than I am ❗

  3. Does this mean that the ones that put a claim to them, will get them too?? After all this time I only want my money back..and they don’t speak a word about the pending and agreed credits they have to make.

  4. Well my claim is being “reviewed by paypal” hope it doesn’t take too fracking long as I want my money back now.

  5. Thanks Leo, would appriciate knowing how long to expect things to happen. They do say on Paypal that we should allow 7 days to get the money back… frankly I’m just about to scream…

    V.

  6. I’m still waiting for my Paypal claims to be processed, nearly a thousand quid still outstanding for weeks now, oh well…

  7. Leo (and others): being “reviewed by PayPal” takes *at least* a week to ten days in my experience (that’s if it’s a straightforward non-receipt that isn’t being argued by the seller).

  8. same here, there is no hope we’ll see the items we won in the auctions and we have to be darn lucky to get our cash back, anyway, I’ll keep you updated should there be any news!

  9. Well, today I left work early for PC World and have myself a new laptop. Just waiting patiently for my pennies back as I have managed to get my projects off within three hours. That must qualify as fast typing!

  10. Hi. Already got an email from Paypal, they are crediting me the full amount paid for the Desktop. I’m still waiting for the payment of the power supply of the laptop in another dispute. Hope that you might all be lucky too! Greetings

    Dear V

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour.

We were able to recover xxx GBP, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort torecover the balance from the seller.

If the seller’s account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller’s account, which may include limitation of the seller’s account privileges.

Am a happy bunny now and just patiently wait for my pennies that will be spent into something nice… probably something for my birthday which is just about to come up!

Good luck ya all! I’ll bee keeping an eye on this site though in the future!

    V.

  12. Hello. I already got my money back for the power supply too. So..happy ending for this quite a nightmare! 🙂

Thanks to all of you for your help.

  13. Hi, laptop purchased 17th Jan failed to arrive. Opened a PayPal dispute then tracked down administrators through this site. They said cancel claim and we’ll send the goods. Canceled claim, no goods sent. They do not have the laptop and cannot show that it was posted. Now cannot reopen my claim so well shafted!

  14. Mark: how did you fund the payment? If it was a credit card payment through PayPal, contact your card issuer and they should be able to do a chargeback: that is, effectively, to claim your money back from PayPal.

  15. hi
mark you and me are in the exact same position. i cant reopen the claim either. but, i have sent an email to paypal and they said they are looking into it. if you do the same thing then that might help our case. also, we might be able to claim some money from the people who took over during liquidation.
    ill keep you posted.
