It must be working! Or they can’t end the promotion out of fear that the house of cards would fall.

If they do the same thing with the UK free Gallery promo that’s due to end in September, I’ll be a happy seller, Randy. I think the site needs Gallery more than eBay needs those fees.

Since eBay can not guarantee item visibility with their de-duping announcement, a good counter to seller complaints would be charge no listing fee or a very low listing fee. I have high hopes eBay will make this a 2008 Q4 announcement.
