In a quiet basement bar just outside Farringdon Tube station yesterday evening something strange was happening. A generally quiet bar was being deluged with over 100 bloggers all keen to meet eBay at the London Blogger’s MeetUp group.
The bar was so packed the only space for the brief presentation was behind the bar. 
eBay were there to spread the word that there are some great deals to be had on eBay, with two special deals on the site just for attendees – a pair of for £19.99 and a for the same price.
eBay proved an irresistible draw, with a record number of attendees for the London Bloggers, and it’s an ideal tech savvy audience to spread the word that eBay is the place for great deals on great products. The message is clear – buyers are as important to eBay as ever, which is why the are so key to eBay’s strategy.
