It’s almost exactly a year since I started using Packing Partner from Aimco to produce invoices with integrated shipping labels. The software has just done what it was supposed to do, five days a week for the last year I’ve got so used to it that I’d not realised that in the mean time Andrew, who owns the company, has introduced a raft of upgrades.
Having upgraded my favourite addition has to be the ability to print product images on invoices and picking and packing lists. Having used it for just one day it’s already saving my time confirming that I’ve selected the correct product to pack.
Another neat feature are the Reports and Sales Summary which gives a running sales total in the program sidebar. Also available are more detailed reports showing item descriptions, item codes or location codes sorted by name, quantity or value.
For sellers that use Royal Mail Despatch Express software Aimco Packing Partner can automatically create a data file to import straight into Despatch Express.
Postal requirements are featured with the ability to filter international transactions and produce CN22 declarations and print when required.
If you want to automatically product both invoices and labels at the click of a button I’d recommend taking a look at Packing Partner. And it’s not just for eBay, it also integrates with Amazon, eDirectory, EKM Powershop, Ethical One Stop Shop, PlayTrade, X-Cart, ChannelAdvisor and all versions of osCommerce.
