eBay launches iPhone app for fashion

No primary category set

Another day, another iPhone app from eBay. This time it’s combined with their other current obsession, fashion listings. (Video comes with a “too corny for words” warning.)

The “virtual closet” feature, allowing users to build their perfect outfit and then try it on a photo of themselves is a nice touch. What would be really perfect, though, is the ability to search for a single seller who was selling both the skinny jeans and the ballet flats you wanted, and who offered combined shipping.

Looks like it’s eBay.com only, for the moment at least.
