An Italian court has ordered eBay to restore the account of a seller it suspended for two negative feedbacks, reports Intertrader.eu.

Arcapel SRL (eBay ID: ) has a feedback score of 419, but was suspended after negative feedbacks from two separate buyers (at least one of them looks like the buyer not understanding how to use the item they received). The judge called the suspension “arbitrary and unlawful”. At time of writing, the seller’s account remains NARU.

  1. Weird that his account remained active for at least two weeks after the second negative. I suspect there were other factors.
