Home Enterprise Day: Big Business Breakfast

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week there’s a Home Enterprise Day on Friday 19 November with a Big Business Breakfast being held in London.

Global Entrepreneurship Week is a worldwide initiative that provides an exciting, supportive and inspiring environment for people to discover and fulfil their entrepreneurial potential. The aim of the week is to break down the barriers to starting or growing a business.

The event is being hosted by Emma Jones, Founder of small business support company, Enterprise Nation. Emma will be talking about her new book ‘Go Global – how to take your business to the world’ and introducing a star line-up of speakers:

8.30am – Opening address from James Caan, TV ‘Dragon’ and entrepreneur
Introduction to online session by Emma Jones
9.00am – Getting online, Torsten Schuppe, UK Marketing Director, Google
9.20am – Taking payment online – Narik Patel, head of business development, PayPal UK
9.40am – Making sales online – Dan Wagner, Founder, Powa.com
10.00am – Going Global online – Emma Jones, Founder, Enterprise Nation
10.20am – Questions for the panel
10.30am – E-business and skills, John Hayes MP, Minister of State for Further Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning Minister
10.50am – Questions for the Minister
11am – Networking
11.30am – Close

The event will take place at Regus, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9HT on Friday 19 November from 8.30am to 11am Space is limited, so you’ll need to sign up now to secure your place.
