There’s a glitch on eBay Item Specifics which under certain circumstances is hiding all new products in eBay search. As the screen shots show there are brand new products returned in the search results, but if you’re using the eBay product finder in the left hand nav bar it indicates that there are no new printers to select from.
This won’t always apply, thankfully many users won’t see this glitch as it depends how you search which determines how the URL is constructed. For instance a search resulting in a URL beginning will direct you to a page from which you can buy new printers, but some searches resulting in URLs beginning won’t display the New Item Specific attribute.
There are other URLs that do work so it looks like this is a very specific isolated glitch which is hard to reproduce so hopefully it won’t affect too many buyers, but it still shouldn’t happen.
