  1. It seems to good to be true!

    eBay could suffer big time.

The 3.5% sales fees are an eye opener and is going to make sellers think about how eBay can justify their charges (if they don’t already!).

And none of this feedback nonsense.

    Whats the catch?

I am almost encouraged to diversify into offering a new range of products that fits the Amazon model.

  2. Listed are fees for items sold via Amazon Webstore, but are there any fees for payment processing?

What about SEO, is the Webstore SEO friendly and will it appear on all search engines or will it appear only in Amazon search results?

If it is SEO friendly who does the SEO and how customisable is the meta data?

  3. wonderful just need to find stock with profit and buyers with money

    nothing to it
oh and a trillion othersellers to stop selling

  4. I certainly won’t be changing from our current ecommerce platform , even though it costs a lot more than that each month.

For what it costs though , i’m tempted to test this out for a new venture.
Or shall i wait to see if theres an Ebay Magento offer ?

“This is also an ideal solution for retailers in the US who want to get a foothold in the UK and European marketplace. Ship your stock to Amazon in the UK and they will handle all warehousing and logistics”

Not great news for many UK based retailers then.

  5. In case anyone here hasn’t figured it out: Amazon wants to engage merchants in their marketplace to take your money so they can lower prices as a RETAILER, steal your customers, and then put you out of business. Good luck befriending them.
