The webinars are not just for Top Rated sellers but for sellers of all sizes who want to become Top Rated, and the next is to be hosted by none other than Dean of eBay Education and Host of eBay Radio, Jim “Griff” Griffith.
Griff joined eBay in 1996 as one of their first employees and as eBay’s first customer support representative. Having been with eBay since the beginning Griff knows the site inside out.
On Wednesday this week at 11am PST (7pm in the UK) Jim will be hosting a webinar to walk though the essential metrics you need to measure the health and performance of your business on eBay. He’ll talk about sales volume, costs, net profit, selling format mix and much more. As he says, “The numbers…You can’t manage what you do not measure”.
