Not a great day yesterday.
Sagepay went down, followed by Paypal later in the day.
An eBay order was paid for at 5.48 this morning and was paid for via Paypal so hopefully it has been fixed.
I’ve been on the phone to eBay last week about this saying that there was a problem with getting into Paypal. Our unpaid items went through the roof and I had a number of people ringing up to pay over the phone because they couldn’t complete the purchase online.
When I phoned them, they said it was because I had the option to pay by credit card on my listings and it was confusing buyers, they told me to remove that option and to go to instant payment with Paypal as the only option and the problem would go away !
Once again,amateur night.
For the money they have you think that they could keep up with their systems.
Ebay=Crap
Paypal seems to have problems last week/first week of the month. Is it being overloaded at this time?
Also anyway payments made since are being flagged as ‘At Risk’
“At risk”.
I have noticed this on all payments made today. What does this mean? Is it another Paypal bug?
I have shipped anyway.
