Actinic Online have now added MOTO (mail order and telephone order) functionality which enables you to manage offline orders the same way as Internet sales. From a screen within Actinic you can enter telephone, mail or fax orders directly into Actinic with easy access to customer information and product search.
An added benefit of keeping all your orders regardless of source on the same system is customer service. You’ll have a complete record of how often and which products your customers buy from you.
If you use Actinic Payments then credit and debit card payments can be processed directly from the MOTO screen, saving the need to for a separate virtual terminal. Security is ensured as Actinic Payments is a fully PCI-DSS compliant service with no card details stored on the computer.
