eBay announced this afternoon that there was a glitch affecting some users of Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro tools. Apparently the glitch also affects Mark Down Manager for those uses who use the discounting feature to hold a sale in their eBay shops.
Hopefully the glitch will be fixed quickly and everything will be back to normal, but if you’ve been having issues using the site at least you’ll know that it’s not something that you did to break the site.
