Tradebox have some exciting news for their Tradebox Finance Manager users today, they’ve made it a lot easier to handle inventory on eBay as well as some other Finance Manager V5.3 updates which are available to download and install from today.
Matching eBay Listings With Sage Inventory
The biggest change is the way that eBay inventory it matched to Sage stock, instead of having to update quantities and enter custom label fields on eBay. With Tradebox’s new Product Mapping you can import all of your eBay listings and, if you already have your inventory in Sage, you can simply map your eBay listings to your Sage product SKUs.
This to be honest is a massive time saver, eBay custom label fields, the only place on eBay you can enter SKUs, is only visible in certain tools such as Selling Manager Pro and TurboLister, but now you can automatically update them to match them with Sage.
Updating eBay Quantities To Match Sage Inventory
The second neat trick with the new version of Tradebox is the ability to update stock quantities on eBay directly from Sage. If you book in new stock, or have sales on other venues you can use the Finance Manager Product Quantity tool to fetch the actual inventory in Sage and update your eBay listings to reflect your new stock levels.
Before anyone asks the question… yes it does handle multi-variation listings as well.
Tradebox Amazon Updates
There are some behind the scene tweaks to how Amazon is handled and the latest update now using Amazon MWS (Marketplaces Web Services) to handle all communications with Amazon. This also means that if your ecommerce site is Amazon Webstore then Tradebox is ready to integrate this to update Sage with your website sales as well.
Support for Amazon Spain is also added in the latest update.
