Whether it’s to attract voyeurs or those who want a unique piece of Royal memorabilia, savvy eBayers have been putting the French edition of the magazine Closer up for sale. And some of the mags have some quite tasty bids of up to £23 but many higher priced Buy it Nows are unbought. It wouldn’t seem there was a voracious appetite for the magazines.
And in case you’re wondering. It’s entirely within eBay’s rules to sell this magazine.
Prince William and his wife, Catherine are said to be furious about the pictures and will be pursuing legal action against the French magazine.
The French edition of Closer published on Friday features snatched photographs of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, taken last week at Viscount Linley’s villa in Provence, France. The Royal couple are currently undertaking a Diamond Jubilee tour on behalf of the Queen in South East Asia.
