For the seventh year in a row eBay are home to the official online auction for BBC Children in Need and they’ve a shiny new shop where you can buy both official Pudsey merchandise and bid on the celebrity auction items on offer.
Up for grabs the star auction is or if that’s out of your budget (it’s way out of my price range!) then a more reasonably priced t-shirt signed by the might be the one to bid on. There a a whole load of on offer, as well as a ton of VIP experiences to BBC shows including, for budding entrepreneurs, whilst filming is taking place and the chance to meet a dragon and have your photo taken with them!
Children in need kicks off in earnest at 7.30pm this evening on BBC1 as the culmination of the money raising. If you want to donate to Children in Need there are a ton of options, you can simply donate with Paypal or credit card, you can or simply purchase some Pudsey merchandise.
You can also list an item through eBay for Charity with a percentage of the sale price donated to Children in Need (eBay will donate the same percentage of your eBay fees), or and you’ll be offered the option to donate £1 at checkout every time you make a purchase on eBay.
We’ve also just noticed that you’ll easily spot official Children in Need listings in eBay search, eBay have added a “Pudsey Approved” stamp to search results to make them stand out.
