Ecommerce marketplace experts, Genie and the Geek, have had their most successful month to date, achieving £1 million turnover in November alone.
Based in Old Trafford, Manchester, the company is a leading ecommerce business, specialising in online marketplaces. Genie and the Geek lists fashion brands Religion and Dune, automotive manufacturers Ford and cosmetic label The Nail and Beauty Emporium among its clients.
Set up by self-confessed ‘Manchester lad’ and entrepreneur Tayyab Akhlaq in 2011, the business operates as part of the My1stWish Group – a fashion-forward online women’s clothes store. As an expert in ‘etailing’ end of line stock, Genie and the Geek provides services, including strategy consultancy advice, picking and packing, design and build of eBay shops, photography, fulfillment, customer service, returns management and reporting.
