No primary category set

PitchForIteBay seller, Peter Hart, of Fun Fancy Dress has been in the firing line on Dragon’s Den and came out a winner with an investment offer of £100,000 from Duncan Bannatyne. The 2011 encounter with the Dragons set Peter thinking and this year he launched a new venture – Pitch For It, an opportunity to place a video pitch in front of potential investors without the fear of a being ripped to shreds in front of a national television audience.

Anyone with a business or thinking of starting a business can upload a pitch. The site has already attracted panel of investors already lending their name to the concept in the hope of attracting top investment opportunities including a former Dragon, Rachel Elnaugh.

One business, Happy Sugar Habits, has already attracted an investment of £10,000 from a digital agency, GTI. If you’re interested in securing investment then it might be worth uploading your video pitch. Whilst the banks aren’t keen to lend in the current economic environment, there are still plenty of high net worth individuals and businesses who are looking to invest.
