ekmPowershop which we know a lot of UK retailers rely on for their website, have ongoing problems with their email server. The issue sppears to have started last Thursday and some ekmPowershop customers are still experience sporadic problems when sending and receiving email.
ekmPowershop say that they are working with their supplier and will post updates on the ekmstatus.com website as they become available.
Rest assured that this shouldn’t affect orders as the main ekmPowershop websites are unaffected. However it may be affecting order update emails sent through ekmPowershop and you may not receive order notifications so make sure you log into your ekmPowershop management console more frequently than normal until the issue is resolved.
