eSellerPro have launched a revamped website today and it’s great to see a fresh new look.
They’ve taken time to create a site providing industry knowledge, a resource library full of documentation, presentations and webinar recordings and a full training and events calendar. eSellerPro retailer clients also get access to the customer wiki and support centre.
To mark the website launch eSellerPro have an iwoca promotion in which eSellerPro customers can save £150 on their first interest repayment on a loan of up to £20,000. eSellerPro are also the first multi-channel management company to have an integration with the new Bubbles marketplace.
Things I like about the new website are the overall clean contemporary look and feel and the wealth of information just a couple of clicks from the home page menu. One thing I’d probably get changed (very similar to when Tamebay launched their new site) is to hyperlink the “Latest News & Events” title on the home page. It’s great to see the news scrolling to highlight more topics, but if you see one of interest there’s a chance it’ll have scrolled off the page before you get a chance to click to read more, hyperlinking the title would solve this.
What really counts though, is does the website work for you as a retailer? If you’re an eSellerPro customer can you find your way to all the resources that you use? If you’re not an eSellerPro customer does the website give you everything you need to decide if you potentially want to become an eSellerPro customer?
Comments on the website revamp (both positive and negative) very welcome – it’s always good to learn from what others have done well and potential pitfalls to avoid. Apart from usability though… it’s a smart looking site, I like it!
