Zetland boxes, who we recently wrote about when the introduced new boxes sized to fit the new Royal Mail formats, are selling off their stock of old sized boxes.
The heavily discounted boxes with dimensions 450x350x82mm externally are selling at a minimum of 50% off. These are down 50% from 40p each (ex VAT) to 20p each (ex VAT). They are not suitable for the Royal Mail small parcel band as they are slightly too large, but for any readers who ship their products via courier they are an absolute bargain. Zetland boxes have limited stock so anybody wishing to stock up should do so fast.
For anybody wishing to order a pallet (1000+) of these boxes the price goes down to 17p per box (ex VAT). Otherwise you can order any quantity you need in packs of 25 boxes.

As an aside – I got some supposed 6″ boxes – 152x152x152 – but some of the dimensions were over 160mm – and outside the remit of a small 160x160x160mm box. You really have to be careful. I’d be interested in finding a supplier who sells boxes which can be guaranteed to be 160x160x160 (or even 155x155x155) outside dimensions.
