A week from today is the next London Meetup organised by iwoca. It’s on the evening of Ecommerce Expo so if you’re in London anyway make sure that you’re staying for a few drinks in the evening.
Christoph from iwoca will be introducing the evening followed by Kim Zatlyn from eBay who will be talking about the current industry trends, where eBay is going with the Seller Update and what Sellers should expect for the future. Kim will be followed by a panel discussion led by our own Dan Wilson.
iwoca are always generous with the nibbles and drinks so see you there from 5.30pm onwards on the 2nd October.
Edinburgh
On the 24th of October the first Edinburgh Meetup will take place at the The Glasshouse Hotel. If you’re in Scotland (or close to the border) it’s a rare opportunity for an event to be “local” for you.
The format will be a bunch of fast presentations – 10min with bell – covering all major parts of the industry with a bunch of different speakers culminating with a keynote talk by Shaf Rasul, the online Dragon.
The event will start at 4pm and there’ll be free drinks and refreshments throughout the evening. I’ve already booked my flight for this one – it’s a while since I’ve visited Scotland so I’m looking forward to a day in Edinburgh followed by meeting up with Scottish sellers in the evening.
