Over at EnterpriseNation, they’ve come up with an interesting campaign. They seek to persuade the government to support measures that will help small businesses grow.
As they note, if every SME in the nation grew just 10%, then £21bn would be added to the British economy. It’s not a sum that can be sniffed at.
So they have consulted their readers and come up with this manifesto of 10 measures they think will help businesses grow 10% in 2014.
Whilst I don’t agree with all the suggestions, some make perfect sense and should be introduced. Emma Jones and the EN team will be taking these proposals to the government in the next few weeks. Let’s see how they do.
