According to reports from ecommerce traders and an email from Royal Mail to users, the DMO (despatch manager online) system hasn’t been working properly today causing considerable seller headaches.
In an email to user, Royal Mail said: “Some users are unable to select domestic services Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 options; this includes Packetpost, first and second class services and CRL products. We are working hard to fix this as quickly as possible.”
The mail also noted that a fix would be attempted this afternoon. It’s not clear whether that has been successful.
