– Managing your orders (dispatch, delivery expectations, vacation settings and choosing the right courier)
– Customer relationship management (handling queries, complaints and returns)
– Analyzing and tracking performance
The good news is that the session is provided entirely free of charge by Software Alliance Wales which is funded by the EU’s Convergence European Social Fund, through the Welsh Government.
