eBay UK have started to host live “Power On” sessions covering new initiatives and services that they’re developing to help sellers grow their business on eBay. Using the live webcast as a channel will give sellers the opportunity to ask questions and be in addition to their communications via email and seller releases.
The next session will be at 4pm on the 23rd of July covering Click & Collect and Managed Returns. eBay aim to show you how you can benefit from offering your buyers the convenience of a high street collection service and look at how managed returns can help remove the hassle of returns, saving you time and resources.
The session is intended for sellers at an “intermediate level” who have probably been trading on eBay for at least two years. If you’d like to watch the webcast and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to eBay staff (Emma Grant, eBay Senior Manager, Customer Experience, and Penny Coulthard, eBay Head of Click & Collect), you’ll need to register in advance.
One Response
no doubt it will be the usual
clunky affair
with politician style response to questions
where they push their point regardless of the question
