This week sees Lengow celebrate their fifth birthday. Founded in 2009 by Mickael Froger and Jérémie Peiro, the start-up has grown rapidly and now offers its services in 18 countries.
In 2010 Lengow received 200,000 Euros of fundraising from Kima Ventures , followed by a second round of fundraising in 2011 from Alven Capital of 1.2m Euros. These two successive fundraisings enabled the company to recruit employees and further develop the solution in order to continue growth in France and internationally.
On 1st March 2012 Lengow opened a second office in Paris, dedicated to international operations, and operating in 14 countries in the space of six months. The start-up achieved a turnover of 4 million euros in 2013 (compared to 500,000 in 2010) and grew by 70% in 2014. Lengow now has 75 employees and manages more than 2,800 ecommerce sites, including among others Quiksilver, The North Face, Urban Outfitters, Levi’s and Ink Club.
Lengow give online retailers the ability to automatically index and optimise product listing ads across over 1200 channels worldwide, including paid search, Social Media, comparison shopping engines, marketplaces, affiliate platforms and re-targeting sites.
Congratulations to Mickael and Jérémie on the success. If you’d like to find out more about Lengow you’ll find them in the Tamebay Guide and can contact them on +44 (0)203 318 2631 or by email at [email protected]
