From 22nd until 26th January 2015, eBay.com and eBay Canada are holding a pricing promotion for all sellers who meet the minimum standards.
Basically, it’s 1000 free listings per seller account. Obviously there are Ts and Cs, which you can find here.

The link ^^ to t&cs seems to be referring to a promotion on .com NOT .co.uk
I can’t see any reference to this on .co.uk, no emails about it, no mention on any of my eBay IDs – business or private.
Where did you see it mention it was a promotion on UK?
Though this promotion for new listings only (re lists don’t qualify) it does also appear to work for existing fixed price items which are “sent to auction”
