Wonder if they’ll have the shops’ listing frame and left hand Nav Bar working by then …… well over a week now and still not fixed!!
The missing shops listing frame and category sidebar. Where is it? After all some of us are paying for our shops. All users should receive free shops until this is sorted! Spend time putting a promo together will you rather than sorting out an existing issue. Where is the priority? This missing listing frame is costing ebay revenue and traffic but ebay of course can’t see it!
eBay looks very silly when it does not seem to know who already has a shop subscription.
Many sellers who have had a featured shop for years have received this invitation – me included.
Extreme inefficiency, somewhat reminiscent of a Nationalised Industry.
Since 23rd Feb ebay page views have dropped by 75% day by day for my store compared to trend for rest of year to date. Normally around 500-600 down to 100-150 daily. Sales off a cliff. Worst week in 12 months. Some serious meddling going on at ebay.
It is all very well having a “free” store for 2 months but is it worth putting the time and effort in to achieve ebid sales levels at best?
That is how I feel at the moment. Very disappointed with loss of listing category frame and reduced levels of traffic. The idea of listing auctions is to drive traffic to the store. Well it simply is not happening right now.
We have had a featured shop for over 5 years, we got this invite too 🙂
I do wonder why they can’t run a quick database scan and only contact people that have no shop.
That and the navigation is still not fixed.

I got the offer on a private ID – the problem in this case being that it has a selling limit of 150 items per month, so not much point in paying upfront for 200!
