ReplyManager is now available with Linnworks integration, allowing mutual customers to search Linnworks order data without leaving ReplyManager.
ReplyManager offers software solutions to consolidate messages from multiple selling channels (eBay, Amazon, Rakuten, etc.), automatically sorting, tagging and distributing messages to relevant folders and users. Features like auto-responders, standard replies and category tags help staff respond quickly and efficiently to customer messages (as well as cases from eBay’s Resolution Center). Now this has been made even more comprehensive for Linnworks users.
The search pulls data using the sender’s eBay ID or email address (including anonymous addresses from Amazon) and displays results within ReplyManager.
Key features include:
- Search the last 60 days of Linnworks orders.
- View order details including notes, shipping, customer data and products ordered.
- Integrate multiple Linnworks accounts in one interface.
