BQool Launches Positive Feedback Integration

bqool featIn 2014, BQool introduced its email feature for Amazon Feedback Central, enabling sellers to request more Amazon seller feedback and product reviews.

There are two key features to their new release, firstly the ability to access a positive feedback report and secondly the ability to evaluate the success of email feedback request campaigns.

Sellers utilize request emails to encourage more buyers to leave feedback or reviews. Some use the emails as a preventative measure for negative buyer experiences. Either way, there was no way for sellers to know exactly how effective their email campaigns are. BQool’s Positive Feedback Integration resolves this.

Amazon’s API gives limited information. In regards to feedback, the API only sends reports containing neutral and negative seller feedback. With Positive Feedback Integration, sellers can give BQool limited permissions to access the positive feedback report.

“Amazon’s API contains a few restrictions,” states Peter Kuo, Business Relationship Manager at BQool. “Instead of waiting around for Amazon’s API to include more information, we decided to work around that and provide sellers with the Positive Feedback Integration option.”

Bqool ReviewsPositive Feedback Integration also opens the door to feature enhancements inside Feedback Central. The Positive Feedback Conversion report will let sellers know how effective their email campaigns are. This feature complements A/B testing.

Feedback Central will now also be able to exclude buyers who have already left positive feedback from receiving further request emails.

Positive Feedback Integration is now available starting at the $45 subscription of Bqool Feedback Central. Feedback Central is compatible with Amazon US, CA, and EU (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) marketplaces.
