Is very low and unprofessional and disappointing seeing this video where they start diminishing Magento eCommerce companies by saying Magento is cheap labour and easy to do it for less
If you want something cheap then use Woocommerce. But the first thing we say to clients is that Magento is not the cheap option as is not as plug and play as it seems.
If you want a template and normal default setup yes is straight forward but not by criticizing others people quotes. There are bad developers and there are excellent Co. and developers out there.
Teaching how to evaluate properly is the key
By the way their tutorial sites is good product and contribution to Magento ecosystem.
