Parcel2Go’s New Price Match Guarantee

No primary category set

Parcel2GoParcel2Go have introduced a new price guarantee, which means the company will match any like-for-like service that you find cheaper elsewhere.

This guarantee will operate on a like for like service basis. For example, Parcel2Go reckon they already have the cheapest MyHermes Parcel Shop service at £2.16 (plus VAT but without insurance). Parcel2Go say that if you can find any of their delivery services at a lower cost then the company will lower its rates to match.

Robert Mead, Marketing Manager at Parcel2Go, said the business is determined to maintain its status as the UK’s cheapest parcel delivery specialist, and this latest move will benefit consumers and businesses alike. He explained: “By guaranteeing the lowest prices on the market, anybody who needs to send out a parcel – whether they’re a multinational business or an independent eBay seller – knows that they can get everything they need from us. There’s no need to trawl the web. Aside from offering the best rates, we’ve also worked hard to ensure that our website is the easiest to use, and that the levels of customer service we provide are second to none”.

Having built a strong relationship with some of the biggest and most reliable couriers in the world, Parcel2Go say that they were already able to offer special rates to its customers that couldn’t be found elsewhere. By announcing the introduction of the new price guarantee, the company say that they have made it even easier for people to find an affordable delivery service that suits their needs.

  1. Would you more but no 6x4inch or similar thermal label sizes is a deal breaker for me.

They should really look at thermal label sizes if they want smaller businesses to use them more often.

  2. OK so I worked out 6 x3 labels are there but a little hidden. If we could use prepay with a vat receipt. I’d send all 3000 or so parcels per annum here.

  3. The price quoted is ex VAT and when you add together all the “extras” the price is extortionate.

Also this is as cheap as they go as I have bespoke pricing with my carriers.

  4. Also they don’t have “special” rates, they have one contract rate and make the money by selling you things you don’t need.

  5. All sounds wonderful, but can I be bothered for the odd item I need to send via P2G? And how would I contact them? They don’t advertise a phone number, their website help is rubbish, and the only effective way I can find is via Facebook.

Add to that whenever I have tried to leave a negative review/comment on their website it doesn’t let me. It only accepts good comments.

They would be better off forgetting vacuous offers, and concentrating on getting their website up to current standards, and providing a far better customer service experience.
