Today at the Linn Academy event in Reading, Linn Systems CEO Fedor Dzjuba announced the worldwide soft launch of Linnworks.net.

Designed and developed by the team at Linn Systems, this is the next generation in online automation software and the first ever system to combine the power of a desktop application with web-based technology. A major update to the existing Linnworks Desktop client, customers can take control of their business – whether they’re a small start up, or an eCommerce empire.

Linnworks.net promises to help businesses save time, grow their market, and reduce costs with their system that allows users to track everything all from one screen – letting the software take care of the routine tasks.

The closest thing to real-time

With super high speed, customers will find the same high quality software they’ve come to expect from the desktop version – now with the latest HTML5 and Web API technologies – so it never slows down at peak times, and it won’t suffer under high loads.

Multi-feature, multi-platform, multi-channel

Following the success of the Beta trial, the soft launch version has everything customers need to run their ecommerce business in one simple system. From channel integration to courier automation, this powerful tool helps ecommerce businesses sync, edit, update, and fulfil orders across dozens of online marketplaces – all managed in real time – making multi-channel selling a breeze.

Fully responsive, Linnworks.net is accessible on all major browsers and devices. It works beautifully on iOS or Android, and is available on tablet too. So users have all the functions they need, whatever device is at their fingertips. And when the full version gets its hard launch, customers will enjoy all the features currently found on Linnworks Desktop, and much more besides. With additional websites, channels, shipping couriers, marketplaces, and even accountancy platforms all on offer.

Speaking from Linn Academy, Artem Verovenko – Head of Business Development says, “Linnworks.Net is the most robust multi-channel platform integrating with the majority of e-commerce channels used globally. Our new web-based software allows online sellers of any size company to streamline their online selling operations into one system, allowing the automation to handle the tedious day-to-day tasks of order management, inventory control, shipping processing, and product listings across all the ever-increasing online marketplaces“.

The first open system, open for business

Not only is Linnworks.net now the fastest automation platform on the market, it’s the only open one too. Linn Systems’ ambition for an open system was there at the very outset, and they say it is now realised, it gives customers the freedom to fully customise Linnworks.net to better suit their business needs. And with the advent of the Linnworks App Store, even developers can get in on the act and create modules for existing users.

With thousands of customers already enjoying the benefits Linnworks Desktop brings to their ecommerce business, and with the hard launch of Linnworks.net just around the corner, Linn Systems has proven it really does mean business when it comes to finding smarter, and more powerful, ways to do business online.

30-day free trial

Linnworks.net is now available on a 30-day free trial so customers can test out its capabilities for themselves.

  1. I’ve been using linnworks for over 4 years and it’s a fabulous product. It’s save me at least 2 members of staff and hours of time per day due to its automation of manual tasks. I have managed to drop my stock holding by sharing inventory over 10+ channels. I am happy to show any prospective customers the system from a users point of view. Just email me at my work email

  2. We have been using linnworks for nearly 2 months now. We waited a long time for the launch of linnworks.net as our previous software was struggling with our demands. Linnworks is absolutely superb. The .net service is fantastic although there is a couple of things that surprise us. Some of the very simple things like being able to reprint a shipping label if required are not yet available. I would have thought this is a core function of the Royal Mail integration.

Also email notifications are not yet active. Apart from those 2 minor points and the need for DPD integration, we are extremely happy with linnworks.net and will be sticking with it long term.

We shopped around a lot and there is nothing close to this software and being able to do everything in your browser is superb. Some of the negative comments in the forums suggest people are worried they will accidentally close tabs when using the software. Pin your tabs and carry on. Simples!

If the above mentioned features do appear soon then we will move 100% to the web based version. Otherwise we will look out for them in the new year.

    Good job Linnworks.
