PayPal will soon be providing detailed monthly reports for card transactions processed with PayPal Website Payments Pro, Virtual Terminal and PayPal Here. For this reason, they’re including the following provision in the PayPal Here Agreement as well as PayPal Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal Agreement
Monthly Reports on Transaction Costs
PayPal shall make available monthly reports on transaction costs (inclusive of interchange fees) for those card transactions which you process with PayPal Here, PayPal Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal. These reports will be downloadable from your PayPal account. The first report will be available from January 2016 (with data on the previous month’s transactions). The reports do not include any payments which you receive from another PayPal account.
Nothing to worry about if you’ve never wanted or needed the reports before. If you do want the reports you’ll have to wait another quarter until they’re available, but at least they’ll include your December data.
