Linnworks.net introduce the Virtual Printer

Linnworks virtual-printer (2)Linnworks have introduced another ecommerce first with their cloud based Linnwork.net edition – the Virtual Printer. It enables you to print hundreds of labels in just two clicks to any printer you choose.

The problem with browser based systems is that they make it difficult to print. When you try to print anything from a browser a preview screen appears, normally a pdf. You then have to select the printer you wish to use. Linnworks.net enables you to configure a printer which can be available regardless of which computer or browser you are using.

Say goodbye to opening individual PDF screens for every label, hundreds of times a day. With Linnworks.net’s virtual printer, customers can configure as many printers as they want, select hundreds of open orders and print labels from pre-defined destinations – direct from their browser – saving significant time during the working day.

Customise invoices too

Not only can you print from multiple printers, you can now create bespoke invoices simply and efficiently. Specific invoices can be prepared for individual channels, country locations and items ordered.

Here is a short 3-minute video from Mark Aldous, Linnworks’ Implementation Manager, showing this new functionality in action during this year’s Linn Academy 2015 event.
