VEJust a month after eBay completed the sale of their eBay Enterprise division, a bit of it has been carved off and resold. Ve Interactive has acquired the Display Retargeting business from eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions from where it ended up with Banneker Partners and the Permira funds.

All employees from the eBay Enterprise Display Retargeting business will be retained, bringing Ve’s total staff to over 850 across 34 offices worldwide with a client base of over 10,000.

The eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions brand will doubtless now disappear, eBay temporarily gave a trademark licence but that’ll disappear as VE branding appears.

“Michael Jones, CEO of eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions said, “Ve and eBay Enterprise Display Retargeting is a natural fit and an exciting combination of a high growth tech success story and a world-class digital marketing agency. Ve will now be able to accelerate its growth as a leading player in the global eCommerce and ad tech industries”.

VE were founded in London in 2009, now with eBay Enterprise Display Retargeting’s reach across America VE have a platform to grow West from their East Coast hub.
