Amazon Seller Central ‘Manage Inventory’ broken

No primary category set

We’re hearing this morning that there’s a glitch with Amazon leaving sellers unable to manage their inventory on the site.

Amazon have a message saying “We are continuing to work hard to resolve the technical issue impacting Manage Inventory and will provide updates every 30 minutes until the issue is resolved.

Amazon Manage Inventory glitch
We don’t know if this affects sellers who use third party tools via the API, but would suggest in any case that you don’t do any major inventory updates until the glitch is fixed.

Keep an eye on sales if you have shared inventory on Amazon that’s also selling on other marketplaces or your website so that you’re aware of any over selling. We know that this isn’t particularly useful advice if you’re unable to adjust your Amazon inventory and are crossing our fingers the glitch is fixed soon.

We are currently unable to provide technical support by phone. While this is being resolved, phone support may be unavailable intermittently. In that event, you can still submit your enquiry via e-mail by clicking the “By e-mail” option on the Contact Us page. E-mail requests for technical support will be answered within 24 hours.
