Parcelforce have revamped the tracking information on their website. Using feedback from customers the redesigned tracking results page simplifies the display of information for customers tracking parcels.
The new features include:
- An easy-to-understand visual display status bar showing where a parcel is in its journey
- A new user-friendly enhanced summary messages explaining the last tracked location of the parcel and next steps
- A new proof-of-delivery signature that will automatically be displayed on the same screen when available
- Easy-to-understand, on-screen messaging
Parcelforce also recently introduced PayPal as a payment option on its website enabling customers to book their parcel online and choose to pay by debit/credit card or PayPal. Realistically however, if you need to book a Parcelforce delivery online it’s way cheaper to use Send It Now (still a Royal Mail Group website) than it is to book directly on the Parcelforce website.
