Please can you spare 5 minutes for Tamebay?

We’ve heard from many hundreds of you through the Tamebay Survey and really appreciate your input. It’s really important to Dan and myself that we learn more about your businesses and hear your views on how you use Tamebay and what you’d like to get from our sites in the future.

We know you’re busy and perhaps you read Tamebay and think that your opinions don’t matter. You may be reading this on an email and never visit the Tamebay site itself. Maybe you’re a small business working on your own or perhaps you work for a much larger company and think the boss should complete the survey. You may even work for a third party provide or marketplace, but if you are reading this than it most certainly is YOU that we want to hear from.

It doesn’t matter if you just sell on eBay or if the business you work for is a massive high street retailer, your views most certainly count and the most important question to answer is the box where you can tell us anything that’s on your mind. Perhaps you think we write too much about Tools and Services, perhaps we don’t write enough. Should we be going back to basics and talking about how to create fantastic eBay listings or should we be going into detail about how to get started on far flung sites around the world like Amazon India or Trade Me.

Tell us what matters to you as Dan and I are personally reading every single comment you leave in the survey. It’s great to hear what you like about Tamebay but just as important is what you don’t like, what we’re missing and how we could serve you better.
