eBay promote items you can buy in time for Kick Off

CATEGORY: eBay News

Football FeverIt is always good to see eBay doing some promotion and you’ve probably spotted the “Football Fever” tag at the top of every eBay page which links to all manner of Football, England and Wales related goods, everything from TVs to watch the big games on to hats, scarfs, flags and shirts.

Time for FootballWhat you might not have spotted is that on some items eBay are displaying a “Delivery in time for kick off” message below the buy button. This is normally the place where you’d see “Free Click & Collect” along with other marketing messages.

Personally Dan and I can’t stand football and are highly unlikely to want a new telly to watch the UEFA Euro 2016 matches. We’re in a minority though and much of the country will be watching, especially until England and Wales almost inevitably get knocked out again.

Pubs are getting expensive compared to some tinnies at the supermarket, TVs are getting cheaper, what makes more sense than to get kitted out in time for the Euro’s to start?
