Order your Domino’s pizza via Facebook Messenger with an emoji

No primary category set

It’s time you met Dom the Pizza Bot on Facebook Messenger. Well, maybe not you. This is one that will appeal to the hard core millennials comatose in their beds after a long night on the craft beer and shots. The ravenous and hungery can now order a pizza to their door with an emoji.

The pizza firm Domino’s has a history online innovation. Way back when they’re the first to trial online ordering. They all said that wouldn’t take off.

Sadly the process ist quite as simple as just sending an emoji. It’s one of those things that is a fun idea and provides a nice slice of publicity for Domino’s but there is a bit of set-up to make emoji ordering happen.

You need to sign up and establish an account with Domino’s, link up with them on Facebook, set up a payment method, establish your favourite order, make friends with Dom the Pizza bot on Facebook Messenger and then, and only then, will your emoji order work. You will also have to get out of bed to answer the door. Drone delivery and teleport technology is still some time off.

So unless you do all that before you go out on the lash, it might just be easier to go online or pick up the phone. Read more here.
