No primary category set

The annual eDelivery Conference takes place tomorrow, Tuesday 11 October at the Novotel Hammersmith. Then on Wednesday 12 October delegates will return for the Internet Retailing Conference taking place in the same venue.

eDelivery Conference

Looking at Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Delivery, two two conference track named “Availability” and “Experience” are two strands of the much needed practical approaches required to deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time. The two conference tracks will be supplemented by a parallel-running roundtables track, focused on specific techniques, tools and focused challenges.

Internet Retailing Conference

The 11th Annual Internet Retailing Conference explores ‘New Horizons’ to look at how multichannel retail must strive for both excellence in today’s priorities, and also embrace the ‘new’. Ecommerce professionals – for over a decade at the vanguard of innovation and radical change – are themselves now having to adapt and change as new challenge to traditional retail arise.

There are three tracks at Internet Retailing Conference, ‘Engage’ will consider how to increase your customer contact, influence and impact. ‘Grow’ will look at retailers who are on the front foot in international commerce, as well as those actively appropriating marketplaces to generate new sales. Finally the ‘Transform track’ will look at those retailers who’ve taken adaptation and flexibility to an extreme and have fundamentally changed the way they conceive of themselves as retailers, as well as how they operate.

Book your tickets

It’s still not too late to book for either (or both) conferences. As well as the paid tickets for a full conference pass, there are also free tickets available for retailers which gives you access to the exhibition area and the workshops taking place at both conferences. eDelivery and Internet Retailing is always a great place for networking – if you’re attending keep a look out for Dan and myself and if you spot us come and say hello.
