ChannelAdvisor have launched the ChannelAdvisor Community – n industry newsfeed, community-driven support forum and information portal for all things ChannelAdvisor for their users. It brings the disparate news, support, forums and strategy tips together all in one place for ChannelAdvisor clients.
To access ChannelAdvisor community, users should login to the ChannelAdvisor platform and select ChannelAdvisor Community to stay up to date.
One change to be aware of is that from the 1st of July, all new system and channel alerts will be posted solely on the new site. To ensure you continue receiving alerts, visit ChannelAdvisor’s ‘My Support Center’ on the new site and navigate to the ‘Manage Alert Subscriptions’ section at the bottom of the page to subscribe.
