We sat down with Andy Richley, Khaos Control Solutions’ Marketing Manager, to find out more:

Who are Khaos Control Solutions?

Founded in 2000 by Mike Cockfield, who continues to lead the company, we are a software developer that is focused on bringing efficiency to multichannel retailers. Growing a retail business sustainably relies on companies doing more with less. Our applications allow you to do just that, releasing you and your colleagues to work on the business, rather than in it.

What do you offer?

Business Management Software, in the form of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Both installed (Khaos Control) and browser-based (Khaos Control Cloud).

Stock is at the heart of every retail business and it’s at the heart of our applications, but we’re not just about stock control. We combine accurate, real-time inventory management with the other key functions your business needs, including; Fulfilment, Purchasing, CRM, Accounts, EPoS, Promotions & Marketing and much more besides.

We also design, develop, deploy and support eCommerce websites for Khaos Control retailers.

These applications are underpinned by our own Hosting solution and a Support Team which regularly achieve a monthly feedback rating from our customers of more than 92%.

Tell us about the different services you offer:

Khaos Control is our installed ERP application for established multi-channel retailers.

Khaos Control Cloud is our browser-based ERP application for younger retailers. Whether that’s an established retailer looking to dip their toes into multi-channel, or a start-up looking to escape their spreadsheets and post-it notes.

Alongside these two applications we also provide eCommerce and Hosting solutions and deliver a range of services to our customers to ensure that they get their chaos controlled as quickly as possible. Those include; Project Management, Training and Consultancy.

What would your ideal customer look like?

As I mentioned in our Spotlight interview with Dan Wilson, there isn’t a typical Khaos Control retailer in terms of size, turnover or industry. The one thing that unites them all is a commitment to growth.

Whether they’re trading on a marketplace like Amazon, eBay or Not On The High Street; selling via an eCommerce platform like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or Visualsoft; retailing far more traditionally via Catalogues, shows or shops, we know we can help them to take their retail business to the next level.
